Plan
Discovery and planning is an important stage of ERP implementation. Probus consultants work closely with customer project teams to define the scope of the project based on the inputs from different business groups. A precise scope document is shared with the client, which is signed off before we move to the next stage.
Configure
Our consultants evaluate the current workflows and understand how to change them in the new system. The ERP modules required by the client, customizations required, and the data needed to migrate to the new system are analyzed.
In this phase, we prepare training materials and help documents to prepare for deployment and data import.
Execute
Before going live, the system is tested for any errors, and corrections are made. This includes comprehensive assessments covering various ways in which the system would be used.
Deployment
Once the system is configured, data is migrated and testing is done, the ERP system is ready to be deployed. For one month, our consultants will analyze the system performance and ensure all users are effectively using the system.
Training is provided to key users who in turn enable the largest user group through train the train-the-trainer approach.
Manage
Our 24*7 support team ensures that the users get all the support they need. Bug fixing, upgrades, and key enhancements are provided throughout the support phase.
Probus is flexible and comfortable with the Big Bang approach or a parallel rollout approach as per the client's requirements and readiness.
In the case of legacy systems, we also support a parallel adoption strategy to help users gradually adapt to the new system.
